I have only Paint in my PC as Adobe Photoshop needs license and the license is too expensive to own :(
I am using Dreamweaver and fireworks.Both are good and performing well too.You can also try this out!!!!

There are many software you should found in Google or other place for web design like HTML 5, Java Script, Adobe Collection, Dream Weaver, PHP etc.. I like Dream Weaver.
I am also searching these kinds of web designing programs which helps to give an idea for our needs, but I must say that among all others I also prefer Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver which are highly recommend using these web design tools to develop professional and attractive websites.

According to me Adobe Photoshop is the best one. I myself use it.
You need to buy the whole Adobe CS5 suite, it has very many useful tools even you won't believe it - Fireworks is a toy compared with Photoshop.

I also like web designing. The main softwares which i use for designing is the adobe photoshop ,adobe dream weaver,wamp server .I am not a professional designer.But i know that and now i am doing my first music page.

you can use Fireworks or open source graphical software like GIMP , which i use to design my cms theme/ website and use Dreamweaver or Aptana studio to develop the site. There are many software/ tool available these days as "bill the Builder" mentions
