Hi, i need hard ware information of windows system ?

The OP isn't being clear as far as I can discern. If I can add anything of value it would be that the specs. for Windows 8 won't be too heavy. I have read that most systems that aren't over two years old will be able to run it with no problem.

I own a personal computer with specific configuration. I desire to gain information about the missing hardware parts for developing 3d home theater PC.

Go to properties of MY Computer there you will find a Hardware tab. You can access the hardware information of your system.

If you want simple information abut your PC then right click on icon my computer then select properties.It show a system information Windows & You see there all information about your Windows OS info & your PC first info.
