What is Social Book Marking? How does it help in website optimization?
It is tagging a website and saving it for later. Instead of saving them to your web browser, you are saving them to the web.
Because many social bookmarking sites display recently added lists and popular links, you can both stay current and see relevant information.
It help a little for SEO unless the link you share on the site have do follow attribute, however if you submit good article with proper tagging, it will help you to get traffic.
Generally, we save our bookmarks on our pc, but social bookmarking allows us to save our bookmarks online for easy access. Nowadays it is used to get traffic for websites.
