I have used whmcs for a very very long time. Love it.
Whmcs is the best billing applications that has great built-in support system.
WHMCS is the best billing applications,I have used it for a long time.It's very good.
I've use some of them but WHMCS is best one in my opinion

WHMCS I think is one of the best choices on billing scripts. Clientexec is also good. "Blesta" never heard about it.

I've been using Client Exec for some time now. For the most part it's got all the important features I need, but a few extra tweaks here and there wouldn't hurt.
I unfortunately haven't had the opportunity to try WHMS as a client or a admin in a real environment. I have tried the "live" demo on their site, but you can only learn so much with the demo :(
I use Client Exec but I wish I could use WHMCS. I get the former with my reseller package for free.

We've used all of the major players in our time, and our top two choices would have to be WHMCS and ClientExec, although there are others that are in closing running.
We personally prefer WHMCS, but that may be down to our familiarity with it. Other hosts we know will swear by ClientExec. Doubt you'd go wrong with either. ;)

We are using whmcs.
We are also using Hsphere control panel for cluster server hosting.
whmcs does not provide integration with this cp, a lot of hsphere users are kept away for this reason. There is a new entrant in this service block, this is HostBill. It provides some additional features than whmcs for example, integrated chat and it comes free with virtual servers at vps.net so you save a good money plus, they are bringing updates and new features faster than whmcs. we are running a trial of Hostbill, would like to share your views on this.

I've used WHMCS for a long time, there are some things that could have been done better, but alltogether - it's great.

I would definitely recommend WHMCS.com. We have trialed other billing systems and have not found any other billing system that is as flexible as WHMCS. You should check out their demo as they have a new version being released soon (4.5) which will provide a lot more features which people have wanted for quite a while.

I have been utilizing Client Exec for some moment at present. the most crucial features that I require are present there and some tweaks would not hurt much.
In my opinion the reason may be the features and affordable price. I would be happier if the rate will be a little cheaper.

Online billing can actually end up saving you a lot of time and also let you continue with the other activities that you are involved with. They are cost effective too.
