Cheap vps depends on what you want or need. Do you want cheap linux vps or cheap windows vps. Do youy need cheap vps for one country like uk or area like cheap vps europe.
If you need cheap vps and websites or blogs are for worldwide then use a cheap vps with no set up or upgrade fees. I also like cheap vps with no vat taxes.
