I was looking at blog templates the other day and one site I looked at claimed to have SEO-friendly templates. How do you determine whether your blog template is SEO friendly or not?

Photographs, videos, articles, comments, press releases... all of these are content. What content you use will depend on what you're trying to accomplish on your site.

Why don't you want your template to display within Wordpress as a stand-alone site? That's how most people do it?

You make a very good point. Article links probably are better for that reason. Also, I guess if bloggers download and use your article with links intact then that's an added bonus.

Well, I guess if your site has very popular content then you wouldn't have to build too many links but it does seem that linking to a site will help it.

Are you asking in the sense of "what do you like about search engines"? Cause some of the replies are going that way.. ?
