To resolve their problems, firstly checks whether there is an error message or warning light. Check the ink cartridge and USB cable is plugged in or not to wi-fi connection.Use USB cable if it is wireless printer.

    You should specify your question. There is not one solution for all the problems you mentioned. Not being able to connect the printer to the computer could be a problem with your internet connection while a paper jam would be solved by removing the paper stack manually.
