we can control bad comments
we can increase site speed
we can modify broken links
we can add SSl it is most important

I think that the results of SEO are not in your Control if you doing hard work on the SEO it's good but it's not on your control to get results on your time.
you can't say that when will you get your ranking in the search engine.
it may take 6 months or 1 year, you can't say. but you must focus on your best works it is only in your control.
