The two methods are used to calculate the user metrics which are as follows,
Method 1: The metric is calculated based on the overall time taken by the user on site. By collecting the time stamp details the metric is calculated from the request level.
Method 2: In this method, the metric is calculated by the selected dimension from one or more reporting dimension.
