I tried to research about SAPE links. And I see that both PBN and SAPE links can help me rank my sites. But I still don't really understand what What is the difference between PBN and SAPE? It seems that SAPE is used for short ranking and more dangerous.

PBNs are expired domains you've bought, and control.

SAPE are links on sites that have been hacked.

Both are risky strategies, with PBNs only being risky if you get reported (as long as you build them out like legitimate sites), or if you leave a lot of footprints that Google is working on detecting.

SAPE links are incredibly risky, and incredibly strong at the same time.

SAPE Links are more powerful then the PBN links. So, I suggest you to prefer the SAPE links.
