The primary difference is of relevance. Bing is still prioritising keyword stuffed domain names which makes it easier for any webmaster to rank in Bing. But, the story with Google is different. Google puts more weight on user experience and relevance of results.

Google & Bing both display different search results for keywords because their algorithm are different to each other.
