Low cost server which is good for hosting forum ...

QHoster.com and asvhost.com servers are attractive for me and I have to make a right choice, so what would you do being in my place?

How much resources do you require? What is your monthly budget?

Can suggest looking at Cloudarion.com webhosting deals. They provide an excellent service.
Very helpful and flexible when setting up and managing websites. Couldn't be happier!

How big of a forum are you looking to host?
You might want to look at maybe something such as a vps hosting . This would be a great option if you don't need something huge, if you are already hosting a large forum then you might want to look at more of the dedicated server options.

Reliability and dependability. These rare qualities are what I have experienced in my long-term relationship with Hostunmetered.net managed servers! I highly recommend them for your technological needs. They certainly have built the host with a customer focused attitude and we couldn't be more pleased.

Choosing a hosting plan depends on the size of your forum. If you are just starting then shared hosting would be the best for you. Later on you can upgrade to other plan depending on the traffic.

In terms of applications, you can consider vBulletin which is quite popular location for forum. In case, you can afford the license Simple Machines Forum (SMF) is an open source community software. Also, ensure that whatever plan you choose is secure since there are several attacks on forums.

    Pratik
