Takes less than 30 seconds, and spits back your page in code, which is what Googlebot sees. A simple fetch never sees the “render” part of the equation or what your visitors see. When you use the “Fetch and Render” option, Google will tell you about elements that spiders can't see or are blocked from seeing.

Fetch as Googlebot: The Fetch as Google tool enables you to test how Google crawls an URL on your site. Fetches a specified URL in your site and displays the HTTP response.

Fetch is a Google tool which enables you to test how Google renders a URL on your site. You can use Google Fetch to see whether Googlebot can access a page on your site, how it renders the page, and whether any page resources are blocked to Googlebot.

Fetch as Google is a Google Search Console feature that lets you simulate how a published web page looks to Google. It also lets you manually submit pages to Google's search index, so you can quickly and efficiently let Google know about changes to your site.

Google Search Console is a wonderful way to understand search engine issues and optimize your site for Google. “Fetch as Google” is an option available for webmasters to check how a web page will look when Googlebot crawls that page.

by using google fetch, the user can understand as to how the site will be perceived by the google and if the person notice any discrepancy then that person can rectify the error and modify and make changes so that the website is better understood by the google and indexed properly
