Be very careful inputting commands in the .htaccess file.
Login to your Google Analytics account.
    Click Admin.
    Click All Filters.
    Give the filter a name.
    Select Predefined.
Select 'Exclude', 'traffic from IP addresses' and 'that are equal to' in the boxes below.

Referrer Spam is a bot that sends fake traffic to your blog and this fake traffic is recorded by our Blogspot stats andGoogle Analytics.Actually, there is no permanent solution for preventing these types of spam traffic because google and these bad bots are like a mouse and cat.Google blocks millions of these URLs but the next day they are double or triple in the no. because bad bot programs have many ways and many tricks to generate fake traffic.

The most effective way to block your spam referral traffic is through a . htaccess (hypertext access) file. This configuration file is used to control your server. It can be instructed to block spammy visits by domain or IP address.
