Google's Panda Update is a search filter introduced in February 2011 meant to stop sites with poor quality content from working their way into Google's top search results. Panda is updated from time-to-time. When this happens, sites previously hit may escape, if they've made the right changes.

The Panda update focused by and large on site content. The algorithm adjustment works like a quality filter for websites. Websites of lesser quality are filtered out and devalued.

    Hi Friends,

Panda:- It is designed to identify the lower quality pages of the website. On that basis it decide the rankings of the website. It also monitor the content and try to bring best results to the user. Additionally, it do not count duplicate content and it also affects those websites who produce low quality or spammy content on their website. In short, it reward those website’s who update fresh content on their website and punished those websites who often published the low quality content.
