Hi,
If 2 different websites have the same content which website will be penalized, first published content or last published content by search engine Google?

Hi Friends,
First thing you need to make sure is that you still retain the rights to publish the content on your own site. That's just for your own protection. But in terms of Google, there's nothing wrong with publishing content on several sites in the way you're describing. Google doesn't have a duplicate content "penalty", per se. What could happen, however, is that Google will filter out duplicates when returning Search results. So, your site might be competing with those more popular sites. Google might return Forbes, for example, and filter out your site.
It wants to give its users access to accurate information, unique content and ... In fact, it was the first time PageRank was published in a meaningful or usable form. ... Also, try to remove links to other sites that have been penalized in the past,
Google is strict about duplicate content but a single piece of the content won't bother much but the streak of those can definitely lead to a penalty.
