My kid loves to be with me on the bike It always brings a smile to his face. I've waited until his neck could support the weight of the helmet. We never had any problems with it. He loves to stay in front and he feels safe. As parents, we are inclined to give the child a chance to experience everything joyous and not artificial, like cars. This is why I'm saying it's great for him to get with me on the bike. He's so lovely wearing baby clothes while he's on the bike, he's all smiley and happy Don't be worry, kids are much tougher than we think.
