How to file copyright infringment to google ?
Hi Friends,
When we report copyright infringement to Google, the best they can do is to remove the offending post from the Google search results and show a message like the following at the bottom of the search page. They won't force the website to take the post down, or take any legal action against them.
First of all, what the site is doing is trademark infringement, not copyright infringement (copyright is concerned primarily with works of art while trademarks protect consumers from confusing the source of a good or service.)

To be clear, you must be trying to remove content from a website that Google controls, like Google+. You can’t just say that “this random website has copyright infringing content” and be able to get it taken down. Google doesn’t control the ISP displaying that randon website.
For dealing with stuff on Google services, you can turn to this overall link: Legal Removal Requests
Google does, through this process, also remove that content from Google Search. So even if it isn’t on Blogger or one of their other services, you can still reduce the visibility of that page by submitting it to Google. Perhaps that was what you were looking for.
But what you really should do is file a DMCA takedown with the ISP for that website, thus getting it completely removed from the internet.
