    Hi Friends,
Sure, it’s important to have some substance (and length) to the piece, but it’s not worth publishing a 2,500-word redundant review of a movie talking about the main character’s bad hair and foul language four different ways throughout the entirety of the content.

Article length matters as long as you are able to provide topic related information. Unfortunately, most of the audience are not patient enough to read your whole article. So instead you can arrange your article according to the following points:
    (1) Write quality content: Write content which will interest your audience to read it. Writing long articles with irrelevant posts and poor grammar doesn’t make any sense.
    (2) Teach something: Write an engaging article. Your article should offer something to read to your readers.
    (3) Avoid flabby words: Your post should not contain information that doesn’t support your key points.
    (4) Divide long posts: Divide the long posts into two or more. Make it more readable, understandable to anyone reading the article.

Most SEO experts have opinions about what constitutes the optimal content length. Some will tell you that "the best 300-500 words," or "more than 2,000 words should be the minimum for a blog," or claim that they have found the "sweet spot" in 1890 words.

There is no exact format for how long a post should be, what should matter is that you fully cover the topic, problem and solution. At times longer is better, but also shorter and to the point can be more effective. It really depends on what the topic is and what you are covering.

Article length doesn't matter. Your blog quality and information should be relevant to user intentions.

Yes, If you are writing any technical article then it should be clear and specific to the topic. Always try to write the blog or article from the readers' point of view. Even if you are writing it long, it becomes lengthy, but proper use of images and language grab the readers attention and make interest while reading the same.

Quality Over Quantity: Don't Focus on Article Length Too many people put too much of an emphasis on the average word length for articles and the misunderstood importance of having more than a certain number of words on each page to rank well. ... Give users what they want regardless of how many words it takes to say it.

Well, a higher word count helps Google to better understand what your text is about. And, generally speaking, Google tends to rank longer articles higher.
