I've had outages, but nothing too long. Their service is excellent, they are very professional and quick!

The thing that really has impressed me is the willingness of Cloudarion.com support staff to take the time to explain things to a newbie who asks very basic questions. They have superb servers located in Switzerland, Germany, Russia and USA. Fantastic technical support, questions usually answered within 2 minutes of posting.
