Prefer Static URLs over Dynamic URLs A static URL (http://www.example.com/category/...) does not change and hence does not have any unnecessary parameters. It is a user friendly and an SEO friendly URL as it includes the keywords which are easily comprehensible by the users as well as the Search Engines.

Always use keyword URLs. People are searching for a product name, movie title, kind of flower or job title. They are not searching for a randomly database assigned ID#. Never use GUID URLs.

Everything is good except third one. The URL should be SEO and User friendly.

In regards to URL structure for SEO, a few key elements to consider.
Keep your URLs short – your site has done a good job of this
Ensure the your folder and content architecture has a logical hierarchy, as this is important to the search engines
For example, I’m not sure if “podio” is a keyword that the search engines will understand what content it pertains to, which makes the current hierarchy a little bit less relevant
It would be better to have your URLs go something like this: www.vungle.com/web-apps/easy-webforms-app
Use relevant keywords in your URLs
Use static URLs – your site is doing a good job of this
Keep all URLs written using lowercase letters, as URLs are case sensitive – this looks good
Use dashes vs. underscores – this looks good
