In order to make sure that google users have an easier time finding what they want. This include better use of data and also some measure to avoid being exploited thr wrong way by black hat SEO practices.

    Hi Friends,
It would be Bing or some other search engine. So, when Google makes an algorithm change they are doing this because they've learned how to provide a better experience for you. They aren't making these changes because they want to screw up your rankings or ruin your business.

If you own a site you have to monitor your SEO and constantly adapt to google's update. This is why companies often have people working full time on the SEO. This is an ever changing thing.

It’s mendatory process . Because with the passage of time some people or company understand google algorithms or hacker’s are also curious to knoe about google algorithms. So google don’t want anyone know about his algorithms. Because they can do illigal things like black hat seo to rank fast, or creating backlink’s. If they understand google algorithms then they don’t have fear of google.

The search engine uses a combination of algorithms and numerous ranking signals to deliver webpages ranked by relevance on its search engine results pages (SERPs). In its early years, Google only made a handful of updates to its algorithms. Now, Google makes thousands of changes every year.
