when you give a link to another page or website on a page the process is called external linking. It is given by hyperlink or anchor text- <a href="www.example.com"> Title</a>
If you meant to link HTML page to another website then, then Hyperlinking method can be used.
Hyperlinks are defined with the HTML <a> tag:
syntax:
<a href="url">link text</a> # replace website url with "url" and add desired text with "link text " section.
