To submit your website to Google, you can either add an updated sitemap to your Google account, or submit an indexing request for the desired URL through Fetch as Google. Both processes require site owners to register with Google Search Console.

One of the most effective and easiest/fastest ways to get your site indexed in Google is to submit XML sitemap to your Search Console.

For this you need to create Your XML Sitemap. Google uses Spiders to crawl through pages to find the relevant information for a search. They’re what go and find the pages, like the ones in the brown rice search earlier.

To submit your URL to Google, you first have to log on to Google's start page and create an account; signing up for one is completely free of charge. Click the 'sign in' button and then select 'create account'. Google will then take you through the registration process.

Basically you don’t. G prefers to find sites itself, so the more links you have pointing to your site, the quicker it will index it. There is a more complex approach, which is to work with the Google search console. You can google that if you want more details.
