Click the property selector dropdown in any Search Console page.
Select + Add property on the dropdown and type the URL of the site or subsite to create as Search Console property. Specify the URL of your property exactly as it appears in the browser bar, including the final / mark.
In the verification popup, select a verification method to prove that you own the site and follow the verification instructions on the page. Google-hosted sites (such as Blogger or Sites pages) are automatically verified.

Open the property selector dropdown in any Search Console page.
Select + Add property on the dropdown.
You will be given a selection of verification methods to use for your property.
Data should begin to appear in your property in a few days.

You need to check your whole website (Content + Html). You might have that particular 404 pages linked from any page.

First of all, you open the Google search console site and sign in with your account and click on the search property after you can add the property such as your website.
