Yes all professional web designers use Dreamweaver. They always work on his back-end first if all thing will be okey then they update that on the live.
Hi Friends,
If you use Dreamweaver solely for HTML, its the best alternative, even NOW.
Its WYSIWYG; and almost all IDE’s not.
For a fast prototyping tool, its still unmatched. It does not lack features that the modern IDE’s have for web development; but somewhat hard to use for the purpose.
I dont think much companies use Dreamweaver; as its a expensive product. Macromedia (former owner) ignored the industry for years, and newcomers to industry dont even know what Dreamweaver is. Its a Goliath. Full of features, powerful but not nimble. In a era that Bootstrap became “universal web interface”, Dreamweaver is not needed, as “the design” step is skipped. Designers just pick and place form / DOM elements from libraries like Material, frontend coders implement code on the fly, and get the job done.
Yes, professional web designer & developer use dreamweaver, notepad++ for website customisation.

Hello,
In my opinion, I can not stand Dreamweaver. I prefer to code everything myself and add tables and images that way. I just feel more comfortable doing it that way. Every time I use Dreamweaver, I feel like I am doing 5 extra steps when all I had to do was enter a little piece of code and voila, there you go. I think that Adobe makes some pretty good software, but I am very unimpressed with this one. To be honest, I would much prefer to use an open-source editor like Sublime or Atom and have an entire community of designers and developers to help me through my issues. Those two options alone are free.
I hope this will help to you
I haven't used it myself, but experts say that Dreamweaver is especially popular among beginners. The interface is very simple and clear.
Several years ago, I used Dreamweaver for editing HTML. It is a good program and quite easy to use.Yes I think some professional web designers also use it.
Dreamweaver is a fantastic program for building websites. With its visual design and code editor, a developer can create webpages by adding and editing HTML code. Google Web Designer is another very useful option for creating modern and exciting HTML5 content.
