Reason to think of this is to save costs.
I host a number of websites on a cPanel VPS with a good number of emails too. I try to push some clients to third party email service (GSuite) but the cost factor is major drawback when the number of emails is more. This has resulted in me hosting them on the same server with cPanel email.
Now, my host is good one but the space is less and the upgrade to the next plan has a steep increase in price. So I am wondering if I could keep hosting the site at the same VPS but move emails to another server on which I will only run email services.
I looked up some cPanel based email hosting services and they don't seem to192.168.0.1 routerlogin 192.168.l.l
be very pricey. I might need to buy a few IP's too but it would still be less than upgrading the VPS. Moreover, it doesn't seem right to me to upgrade all resources just to make more space for emails.
So, is this possible to do? Are there any drawbacks?
