    It means the Do-follow link allows Google bot or crawler to access the page through the given link, even this link allows users to visit the page through that link.

    “No-Follow link doesn’t pass juice link”

    Basically No-Follow link doesn’t allow Google bot or users to visit a page through the given link that is No-Follow link.

    No follow and do follow are the tags that tell the search engine to give the values to rank the website.

    No follow tells the search engine to does not give link juice to the webpage
    Do follow tells the search engine to give the link to juice to the webpage

    The only technical difference between the two is that a nofollow link has a nofollow tag. As a user, it's impossible to tell the difference between a nofollow and dofollow link.
