Type in this URL http://google.com/safebrowsing/diagnostic?site= followed by the site you want to check, such as google.com or an IP address. I have a hard time believing low DA sites are counted as bad links if they are indeed relevant, especially with the latest updates in algorithms from Google. DA is a MOZ metric, not Google's.
