A range of 26 to 40 percent bounce rates is excellent as a law. The scale is between 41% and 55%. 56 to 70% is higher than averaging, but depending on the website may not be cause for alarm. Anything above 70% is misleading about anything other than forums, news , events, etc.

    Hi Friends,
Bounce Rate is the percentage of visitors who enter the site and then leave rather than continuing on to view other pages of the same site. It is expressed as percentage.

As per studies it is said that the average bounce rate of a website should be 40.45%. High bounce rate is not a good sign for a website. With the help of google analytics you can easily check bounce rate of your website.

Factors that help in reducing bounce rate of a website:
    • Analyse the bounce rate in Google Analytics
    • Improve your UX
    • Decrease load time
    • Target the right visitor
    • Show credibility
