What is your budget and what kind of a website is this? If you want a good website, I suggest you to choose WordPress to build your website and if a host that understands WordPress, BlueHost India should do the trick. Also, they arent the most expensive when it comes to WordPress hosting. As far as security is concerned, they provide free SSL and codeguard for backup. Uptime is great, so maybe, check the pricing and see if it fits in your requirements..
