What is NAP?

a full service data center and primary network access point (NAP) offering cloud services, dedicated server hosting, colocation, and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) technology solutions leads the path through its innovation and vastly redundant data center systems
A nap is a short period of sleep, typically taken during daytime hours as an adjunct to the usual nocturnal sleep period. Naps are most often taken as a response to drowsiness during waking hours.
That's where NAP (this stands for Name, Address, Phone number) comes into play. According to Moz, NAP consistency is one of the most significant factors of local SEO.
NAP is used to address the three essential points of every Local Listing in SEO. These points are:
N -> Name
A -> Address
P -> Phone Number
Aim to nap for only 10 to 20 minutes. The longer you nap, the more likely you are to feel groggy afterward. However, young adults might be able to tolerate longer naps. Take naps in the early afternoon.
Set an alarm: Studies show that the best nap length for most people is about 10-20 minutes. This provides restorative sleep without drowsiness after waking. If you want to feel alert and productive after your nap, you can counter sleep inertia by limiting the amount of time you spend asleep.
Generally speaking, the longer a nap is, the longer you will feel rejuvenated after waking. Long naps of one to two hours during the afternoon will mean you are less sleepy (and require less sleep) that night. This could mean it will take longer than usual to fall asleep.
