If you want to go to in development side so HTML is the basic language for making simple website.
You can add css style and javascript in it and make it more user friendly.

Hi Friend,
It is definitely worth learning HTML and CSS also some JavaScript because these are the backbones of web development and if you are looking to create a website, you should have a knowledge of both of these two because they can create amazing beautiful websites.

If you think it will be helpful for what you're doing, then sure. It's not terribly difficult and can really help even if you're using something like Wordpress and you want to make alterations to your site.
