    Hi,
    Manual method is the best

go to the source of website => Press Ctrl+F => find Nofollow or dofollow

Lot of plugins available in market to check which links are Nofollow & dofollow.

Nofollow and dofollow links are indistinguishable for web users. However, there are a couple of ways you can tell the difference: You can check manually, or you can use a Chrome extension that highlights nofollow links. Use a plugin if you're going to be checking a lot of pages for nofollow links.

Right click on your browser and click “View page source”.
Next, look for the link in the HTML of the page.
If you see a rel=”nofollow” attribute, that link is nofollowed. Otherwise, the link is dofollow.

Dofollow links allow google (all search engines) to follow them and reach our website. Giving us link juice and a backlink. If a webmaster is linking back to you with this link both Search Engine and Humans will be able to follow you. The best way to give someone dofollow love is allowing keyword in the anchor text.
