    Hi,
While the natural assumption is that you should be on all the popular platforms, this can be counterproductive if not executed with a strategy. Instead, focus on a couple of platforms that are highly popular among your target audience. So the best platforms to use will vary for each business. Check out our guide on how to choose the best social media channels for your business.

It depends on your audience, your product, and how much time you have for your social media marketing strategy. As a good rule of thumb, most businesses should have an active Facebook and Twitter account (though, if you can, you should also fit Instagram in there).

Social Media is growing and now becoming the business hub. Though Facebook has been trying to develop algorithms to avoid over commercializing their platform, but there are always loopholes. It’s really important to understand which Social media platform will work for your business and how will you be able to manage it all.
Social Media can be used to :

Gain more leads through creating an ad campaign directed at lead generation.
    Post ads for brand awareness.
Keep in touch with current clients/ customers and possible reach potential clients/ customers.
Increase your ROI because it is much cheaper to run ads than on TV/Radio
Give you clear insights on KPI’s and where you are going wrong for you to improve your strategy.
