Firstly, no traffic is good enough for any website, if you drive more traffic then it is totally good. But according to the small firm industry’s traffic rule, the average traffic is 1000 visitors per month, If you are getting 1,000 visitors per month then that's a good amount of traffic.

As per Mike Sullivan, top contributor to the Google Analytics support forum, the percentage of returning visitors to your site should be around 30%. Anything less than that is below average, while having it around 50% is considered to be good.

Here's a rundown of other interesting pieces of data from the study: The average local business's website receives 2.17 pages per session. Mobile-only visitors visit an average of just 1.88 pages per session. 54% of websites don't have goals set up in Google Analytics.

So, I asked consultants who develop websites for A/E/C firms about this. They say the rule of thumb for your average small firm in our industry is 1,000 visitors per month. If you are getting 1,000 visitors per month…that's a good amount of traffic.
