Leverage Browser Caching means storing static files of a website in a visitor browser. And then retrieving them from the browser quickly instead of again from the server. Actually, it uses to speed up each page of a website.

In a nutshell, caching is when users' browsers save static copies of your site's pages. ... If you're seeing the “Leverage Browser Caching” warning in your performance test results, it likely means one of two things: The Cache-Control or Expires headers are missing from your site's server or that of a third-party.

Right now every user that goes to that page downloads the image, regardless of whether they had visited that page or another one where they would have seen the images. It's likely that the images haven't changed so having them downloadit again just wastes bandwidthand causes the page to appear to load slower. You should set cache headers on static assets so the browser will remember them for a while and not request them again.
