    Using the only hyphen for more user readable and also search engine gives space for separate word.

    Using hyphen (-) makes the url more readable by users. Also it is considered as the word separator instead of space by search engines.

    you should use a hyphen for your SEO URLs. Google treats a hyphen as a word separator, but does not treat an underscore that way.
