Click, as the name says by itself, is when someone has clicked on the ad.

Impressions are the Number of Time Ads Appeared on Each Pageview. For Example if your Site had 100 Page Views and People Saw the Ad Units 4 times on Each Pageview, the Impressions will be 400.
This is Different in YouTube though, on YouTube the Views are Always More than Impressions as Ads are not Showed Each time when a Person Watches your Video.
