    Open Chrome from the desktop.
    Navigate to google.com/chromebook/offers/ the 100GB of Google Drive space.
    Scroll down to the Google Drive section and click "Redeem offer." Note, you can also redeem 90 days of free Google Play.

    Way 2. Use Google's own file formats.
    Way 3. Don't add shared files to drive.
    Way 4. Empty Google Drive trash.
    Way 5. Clean up Gmail.
    Way 6. Delete duplicate files.
    Way 7. Delete useless large files and drive debris.
