It's not really dramatically different from most other professional jobs, barring high stress ones like emergency services or the like. It depends entirely on your workplace and contract. Some companies are badly run, work to unrealistic deadlines, have low morale and bad practices, and they are very stressful.

Learning and working in web development takes effort and time. So you're never really done with the learning part. It can take years to master the skills of a good web developer.
