The best VPS providers are: qhoster.com and legionbox.com.

I would like to say that rockhoster.com does offer a very good price and on the half dozen or so times that I have needed to speak to them, including in the middle of the night, there has always been a technically competent support person available immediately.

If I were you, I would also look at Libertyvps.net and also QHoster.com feature-packed VPS hosting solutions.
I'd like to say that I have great network uptime and the connection speed is fast at least by my standards.
