Does blog commenting affects the SEO , if yes ! How , can anyone explain me ?

Some blog comments help seo if your link in comment has terms your trying to get site listed for. Some blogs have no follow so it does not help seo but if they are related in topic you can get traffic to your website or blog from them.

If you comment on blog that has good page rank and can use terms for link your trying to seo for and they are do follow they will help seo that page or post.
