Python is a very easily readable language, its syntax is very similar to that of the English language. Read the question; Python is not in the list.

Python does not have an official way to create constants.

Python has objects called callable objects. The definition of what a callable object is in Python is very complicated.

Does Python have a language standards committee?

I think that it is more difficult to use other languages with Python, compared to many other languages such as C++.

    Python has limited encapsulation.

If you want a language designed to be easily readable then look at COBOL. Many programmers do not like it because it is verbose but a fundamental design feature is that it be easily readable. The fact that very few programmers do not like it indicates that being easily readable is not an important feature.

Determining the most user-friendly language depends on various factors, including ease of learning, simplicity of syntax, availability of resources, and community support. Among the options you provided, both Python and JavaScript are renowned for their user-friendliness, albeit in different contexts.

Python stands out for its clear and readable syntax, making it highly approachable for beginners and seasoned developers alike. Its simplicity and readability facilitate quick comprehension, reducing the learning curve significantly. Python's extensive standard library and vast community contribute to its user-friendliness by providing abundant resources, tutorials, and documentation. Moreover, Python's versatility allows it to be used across diverse domains, from web development and data science to artificial intelligence and automation, enhancing its appeal to a wide audience.

On the other hand, JavaScript, primarily used for web development, offers user-friendliness in the context of browser-based programming. Its dynamic nature and forgiving syntax make it accessible for newcomers to start coding immediately. JavaScript's ubiquity on the web ensures plentiful learning materials, frameworks, and libraries, fostering a supportive ecosystem for developers. Additionally, its integration with HTML and CSS simplifies web development tasks, enabling developers to create interactive and engaging web experiences effortlessly.

While both Python and JavaScript excel in user-friendliness, their strengths lie in different domains. Python's readability and versatility make it suitable for a broad range of applications, while JavaScript's focus on web development caters to building interactive and responsive websites. Ultimately, the choice between the two depends on the specific requirements of the project and the preferences of the developer. However, both languages offer accessible entry points and robust ecosystems, contributing to their status as user-friendly programming languages.
