All over the forum I keep reading about how people have a network of sites that they have built up to help othersite rank and pr quickly. I figure that they have sites optimized with a lot of content on different c-class ips they they have already increased the pr to point to each other and other new site.

I hope this makes sense, but the point is that I am looking for some information about this. Such as examples, howto/tips on doing this myself, benefits, ect.

heh I figure that some of this information are trade secrets but any information in regards to this idea of seo website network would be so greatly appreciated.
