    I now plan to create my own contact center in my company, make it a separate department, (that's what I decided with my business analyst), but before that I bought services from them: https://newmediaservices.com.au/the-importance-of-quality-assurance-in-the-contact-center/. So, for my own contact center just need a good hosting, but I do not understand it and have no idea how much it will cost.
