But only creating a nice website in not worthy if they do not get visitors or well ranked in search engine. So need to do SEO work for well SERP. For well search engine ranking position need SEO activities. So they hire people with knowledge in search engine optimization. Some times ago SEO was not even known. To do it better need many many workers for many many sites. So future of seo is very fine; I think. With Google's continues algorithm changes, SEO is also changing.
