It's up to your interest that what do you like the most to do. Both languages have their own values in the I.T industry. As per my opinion, SQL is a bit tough and difficult. So you should go to JavaScript first.

I recommend SQL first. The language/syntax isn't super important, but working with SQL requires you to think in data stuctures. Data structures and managing them is a cornerstone of modern web app development.
