    Providing VPS from dedicated servers?

    Hey,
As the title suggests I am looking to provide VPS for my customers.
I wanted to ask a few questions.
    1. I have read a lot of articles and everyone seems to give a different opinion, can I virtualize the threads of a CPU or is it just the cores?
    2. What is the best dedicated servers specs (CPU, RAM etc) to be able to cost efficiently provide around 20-30 VPS for 4x8 VPS and 6x12 VPS? I do not need anything crazy as users will be running non-critical programs.

I do not want customers to use other providers as I will need the vps in the same server rack as my main servers.
I will be purchasing these dedicated servers and then splitting into VPS using KVM, Porxmox etc.
Will Regvps.com work fine for my needs? Any reviews or alternatives please?
Any tips in managing or what is the best way to go about this would be great.

Find out what is reasonable for your needs and pick something that will support your site on into the future.

You can rely on Regvps.com - They responded very quickly to some issues I had and resolved them right away.
They are very professional and seem to enjoy helping their customers which is a great change from some of the other sites out there.

yes, you can virtualize CPU threads, as most modern CPUs support this, allowing for efficient resource allocation. For your specified needs, look for dedicated servers with at least 8-16 cores, 64GB RAM, and SSD storage, which should balance performance and cost-effectiveness for your 20-30 VPS instances. As for Regvps.com, it's wise to read recent reviews and perhaps test their performance yourself, ensuring they meet your requirements for reliability and support.

Attractive dedicated servers are available from solid hosting providers: allwebhost.com and planethoster.com.
Their infrastructure is excellent, but more importantly their customer service is just amazing - always a super fast response, they go the extra mile so things are done properly, very polite communication. I can't recommend their teams more highly.

When providing VPS (Virtual Private Servers) from dedicated servers, a powerful physical server is divided into multiple isolated virtual servers. Each VPS operates independently with its own allocated resources, operating system, and software, while sharing the physical hardware of the dedicated server.
