hello, im new here and am looking for some expert advice
please recommend me some shared webhosting, preferably with us/eu based servers and unique a-class ip address.
would be great to not have to pay more than 5 usd a month per site.

Going under $5 a month might be possible if your hosting multiple sites, but for single site that might be touch or your getting bottom service. How many websites are you looking to host ? There are many good providers if I had a little more info.
